Delfin Technologies runs Scout by Delfin and the quote-request pages on go.delfin-technologies.com. This policy explains what we collect through those pages and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: your name, company or location, email address, phone number, your answer to the question on the form and your requirements. We also record the page you used, the ad or link that brought you there (for example Google Ads click identifiers and UTM tags), the referring page, your browser type and your approximate country.

Whether or not you submit a form, we record anonymous usage events: that a page was viewed, that a form was started, submitted or not accepted, and whether you arrived from an ad. These events carry a random visit identifier, never anything you type, and we use them only to improve the pages.

Why we collect it

We use your details to send your request to one business that offers the service so it can contact you about a quote, to keep a record of requests, to prevent spam and abuse, and to measure which advertising works.

Who we share it with

Your request goes to one business that offers the service on the page you submitted, and to no other business. That business may be a client of Delfin Technologies's marketing services. To run the service we use providers for website hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), the lead-management system that delivers requests, an AI service (Anthropic) that checks whether a request matches the service the business offers, and, where enabled, advertising measurement (Google). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing reachouts@delfin-technologies.com.
